Error Deleting Sandbox soltuions

One of my developers were stuck when he was trying to uninstall a sandbox soltuion from a Client's site. He wanted to update the Sandbox soltuion so wanted to uninstall the old one. When he tried removing he would get  "Unable to access web scoped feature Id: GUID because it references a non-existent or broken web..."

I was looking for a good solution to this when I found awesome article by Chaitu Madala on How to deactivate and delete a sandbox solution. He explained the simple trick. If you have removed the sandbox soltuion from your Recycle bin, Navigate to Site Actions > Site Settings > Recycle Bin under Site Collection Administration and delete your sandbox soltuion from there. thats it! Enjoy!
