Recover deleted site in Sharepoint 2010 - Site collection recycle bin

SharePoint 2010 now has a site colletcion admin recycle bin from where you can retrive the sites\subsites that were deleted accidently.

Unlike, SharePoint 2007 where you could only retrive the documnets and other stuff and not the site or web SharePoint 2010 has introducted an advanced level of site colletcion admin recycle bin which will be of a great benefit to site admins.
