Cannot retrieve properties at this time HTML Form\Content editor web part - Sharepoint 2010

If you get this error "cannot retrieve properties" or cannot save your changes while saving your HTML Form web part or a content editor web part in Sharepoint 2010 you can try the following


1. Recycle the app pool or an iisreset.

2. Try using IE ( if you are using firefox)

3. Add site to trusted sites.
